We are seeking a Policy Analyst with outstanding research capabilities and exceptional skills in gathering valuable intelligence beyond traditional public channels.

The ideal candidate will combine policy expertise with strategic resources to proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities through a broad range of formal and informal information networks.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

- Conduct targeted research on policies and regulations in key markets and sectors.  

- Develop and maintain a network of reliable sources within industry and academia.

  - Collect and synthesize strategic intelligence from diverse high-value resources. 

 - Prepare briefing notes, thematic tracking reports, and timely strategic assessments for internal stakeholders. 

 - Monitor political, economic, and regulatory developments that may impact investment and operational strategies.  

- Support stakeholder mapping and influence analysis as needed.

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, or related disciplines

- Professional experience in policy research, consulting, journalism, think tanks, or equivalent strategic advisory roles

- Demonstrated ability to access, evaluate, and synthesize complex information

- Strong analytical skills and judgment regarding information credibility and strategic relevance

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in dynamic environments

- Excellent written communication skills; familiarity with confidential report writing will be valued

- (Preferred) Multilingual abilities or international experience
