Appointment Setter (Colombia)

Full Job Description

We are looking for the best appointment setters in Colombia to hire this week! This is a permanent Work-From-Home position.

• We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in a BPO Outbound Calling niche/Inside Sales/Appointment Setting.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Familiar with CRM software, High-Level experience is a big plus!
• Good understanding of drip campaigns, etc.
• Should be an effective verbal and written communicator
• Comfortable with making calls throughout the day
• Should be persuasive, self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Energetic, problem solver, and friendly
• An ability to handle rejections gracefully
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Work permanently at home! Base pay + BONUSES
• This is a work-from-home position so you must have fast and reliable internet. This is a full-time salary-based position with a minimum requirement of 40 hours per week from the hours of 8 am PST - to 5 pm PST.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Book appointments for our clients from our lead generation efforts
• Follow-up with leads and book their appointments
• Respond to leads within 60 seconds to 5 minutes
