We are hiring a Sales Development Rep (Appointment Setter) to own the top of our sales funnel. You will work directly within our structured sales system, making outbound cold calls to property managers and facility decision-makers, sending follow-up emails, and booking on-site walkthroughs for our operations team to close. This is a performance-driven role with real earning potential through bonuses and commission on closed contracts.
Job Responsibility
Make 60 or more outbound cold calls per day to commercial property managers, apartment communities, and facility directors
Follow the company call script and sales system on every call
Book and confirm on-site walkthrough appointments for the operations team
Send follow-up and nurture emails using provided templates and sequences
Log all calls, emails, and outcomes in Pipedrive CRM after every touchpoint
Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for dials, live conversations, and walkthroughs booked
Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline at all times
Job Requirement
Proven experience in B2B cold calling or outbound sales (commercial services, real estate, or property management a plus)
Comfortable making high volume calls daily and handling objections confidently
Disciplined and self-managed — able to follow a system and script without close supervision
Proficient with CRM tools; Pipedrive experience preferred but not required
Strong written communication skills for email outreach
Motivated by performance, bonuses, and commission-based earning
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls
