We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Operations Assistant to support our irrigation service business. This person will be responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, managing the service calendar, communicating with clients by email, text, and phone, preparing and sending quotes, and assisting with lead generation and follow-up tasks. This role is important in helping keep our office organized, our customers informed, and our service schedule running smoothly.
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly.Schedule appointments and keep the service calendar organized and updated.Communicate with clients by email, text, and phone as needed.Prepare quotes, send estimates, and follow up with customers.Assist with lead generation, lead follow-up, and customer outreach.Enter and update customer information accurately in our systems.Help keep internal communication and daily workflow organized.Support general administrative tasks as needed.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, admin support, or virtual assistance.Comfortable handling phone calls, email, and text communication with customers.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of a busy service calendar.Experience preparing quotes, estimates, or invoices is a plus.Familiarity with CRM software, Google Calendar, or similar tools is preferred.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment required.
