Appointment Setter (High Ticket Coaching)

Full Job Description

We’re looking for a hungry, reliable Appointment Setter to help book qualified sales calls for a high-ticket business coaching program in the trades/home services space.

What you’ll do:

- Respond to inbound DMs on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn

- Send cold DMs using proven scripts

- Do email outreach and follow-ups

- Qualify prospects and book them onto the calendar

- Occasionally do light follow-up calls (scripted)

What we’re looking for:

- Strong written English and professional communication

- Understanding of sales and buyer psychology

- Comfortable chatting with business owners

- Organized, consistent, and proactive

- Sales or appointment setting experience is a big plus

- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn DMs (or willing to learn fast)

Nice to have:

- Experience with high-ticket coaching or B2B offers

- Experience using Go High Level, Google Sheets, and simple tracking tools

Compensation: Base pay + performance bonuses per booked/shown call (to be discussed)
