Appointment Setter / Lead Generator (Remote – LATAM Preferred)

Full Job Description

We’re hiring a reliable VA to make outbound calls and set appointments with property management companies, hoa’s and other potential clients.

What you’ll do:

~Call businesses (script provided)

 ~Ask a few questions

~ Set appointments with decision-makers

~ Log notes

~ Generate leads

No selling required. Just set the appointment.

Lead generation: You will be expected to generate your own leads  in addition to leads provided.

Pay:

1000 USD/month base (250/ week)

10 USD per qualified appointment set

Performance bonus: extra monthly bonuses for hitting appointment targets (20+, 40+, 60+)

Additional bonus when appointments turn into closed deals

Requirements:

*Good English (clear speaking)

*Comfortable on the phone

*Consistent and dependable

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to property management companies

Introduce our services and identify decision makers

Set appointments with property managers or owners

Send follow-up messages (text/email) after calls

Track all activity in a simple spreadsheet or CRM

Update daily progress (calls made, contacts reached, appointments set)

Maintain clear and professional communication at all times

Follow provided scripts while sounding natural

Job Requirements

Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written)

Comfortable making outbound calls daily

Strong communication and listening skills

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Organized and able to track tasks consistently

Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting (preferred, not required)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Available to work during U.S. business hours (Pacific Time preferred)
