We are looking for a detail-oriented Appointment Setter to work closely with our Sales Representative and help improve the speed, organization, and effectiveness of our sales process.
In this role, you will listen in on live sales calls and provide real-time support to the sales rep. Your main responsibilities will include taking notes, sending follow-up emails during the call, and scheduling appointments when needed.
This role is ideal for someone who is quick, focused, and able to multitask while listening to live conversations. You must be comfortable acting immediately based on what you hear and supporting the sales rep without interrupting the flow of the call.
Friday -
This will be a half day as most stores buyers are not in. You will double check the weeks work making sure the calender is accurate and going through our CRM for any missed leads that we might have not contacted in a while.
You also on Friday's mid day will be assigned store research so finding leads to fill the time on Friday.
