🧩 Job Description – Virtual Assistant (Permanent Role)
Position: Senior Administrative & Sales Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Latin America preferred)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time (USA)
- Lunch: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM CT
- 8-hour workday
- Pay: $7.00 USD/hour
- Type: Full-Time | Long-Term | Permanent
About the Role
We are a fast-growing national facilities & janitorial services company seeking a highly professional, corporate-level Virtual Assistant to support our sales team, management team, and executive operations.
This is not an entry-level VA role. We are looking for someone with real corporate administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
This role will grow over time and may include additional responsibilities as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities (Including, But Not Limited To):
- Support sales operations, including CRM updates, follow-ups, reporting, and coordination
- Assist management and executives with administrative and operational tasks
- Communicate professionally with:
- Managers
- Service providers
- Business owners
- Internal teams
- Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using:
- Microsoft Word
- Excel (strong proficiency required)
- PowerPoint
- Assist with compliance-related documentation, tracking, and follow-ups
- Handle scheduling, coordination, and internal communication
- Manage multiple priorities with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism
- Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — professional/business level
- Proven experience as a corporate administrative assistant or executive assistant
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a big plus)
- High level of professional communication and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Higher education (college degree preferred, not mandatory if experience is strong)
