Auto Body Estimator – CCC ONE Experience Required

Full Job Description

911 Appraisals is seeking an experienced CCC ONE Estimate and Supplement Writer to prepare accurate, professional, insurance-grade collision repair estimates and supplements. The specialist will work remotely with our team and auto body shop clients, review vehicle damage information and photos, identify required repair procedures, write estimates, prepare supplements for additional damage, and help ensure shops are paid fairly and properly. Strong CCC ONE knowledge, attention to detail, and auto body estimating experience are required.

Job Responsibilities

• Write accurate auto collision estimates and supplements using CCC ONE.
• Review vehicle photos, damage information, repair notes, and supporting documents.
• Identify required parts, labor operations, repair procedures, and additional damage.
• Update estimates when new or previously missed damage is reported.
• Prepare professional, insurance-grade documentation to support fair and proper payment.
• Communicate with body shops and the internal team to obtain missing information.
• Maintain organized records and complete assignments within required deadlines.
• Assist with estimate-related claims management and documentation when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of auto body or collision estimating experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the CCC ONE estimating system.
• Ability to independently prepare accurate estimates and supplements.
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures, labor operations, parts, refinishing, and additional damage documentation.
• Ability to review vehicle photos, repair information, and supporting documents carefully.
• Understanding of insurance estimates, supplements, and insurance-grade documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, camera, and headset.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and meeting assigned deadlines.
• Camera must remain on while clocked in for communication, teamwork, and accountability.
