Full Job Description

We’re looking for a resourceful, autonomous, and self-sufficient Automation & AI Agent Engineer who thrives on translating bold ideas into working, AI & ML-powered tools. You'll collaborate closely with non-technical leadership to develop intelligent systems and automations that power our business. You will be on the cutting edge of developing and deploying complex automations, integrate softwares, build useful agents, and create systems that get us to the end goal. This role isn’t about following instructions — it’s about building impactful solutions with initiative and precision.

Job Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business goals into working AI-powered tools and automations.
• Design and manage robust internal workflows using N8N and Zapier, integrating APIs and SaaS platforms for seamless, end-to-end automation.
• Build and maintain scalable systems to streamline investor communications, ensure compliance integrity, and support capital operations.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy intelligent agents using LangChain, GPT-4, and traditional machine learning frameworks to deliver context-aware functionality.
• Construct and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines leveraging embeddings and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for enhanced information retrieval and reasoning.
• Optimize system performance across data workflows, algorithms, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and model reliability.
• Work cross-functionally with executive leadership to define technical requirements, rapidly prototype solutions, and iterate based on evolving business priorities.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with automation platforms such as N8N, Zapier, or similar tools to build and maintain complex workflows.
• Proven experience with CRM systems (ideally GoHighLevel) and Google Workspace for internal operations, integrations, and automation triggers.
• Ability to draw maps (using Miro) and then execute the automations across multiple platforms. 
• Proven experience with API integration, webhooks, and data transformation techniques across multiple SaaS platforms.Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs into production systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build AI agents, RAG pipelines, or intelligent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom implementations.
• Deep understanding of embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and chaining logic for advanced retrieval and generation tasks.
• Comfortable working independently and autonomously to translate high-level vision into deployed tools and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Passionate about AI, automation, and systems design, with a strong desire to contribute to a purpose-driven, fast-moving organization.
