This is a full-time remote role for an Automotive BDC Rep at Spinwheel Assist. The Automotive BDC Rep will be responsible for phone etiquette, maintaining customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, and sales activities.

• Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Sales skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
