B2B Freight Sales Representative / Cold Caller – Freight & Logistics

Full Job Description

Make outbound calls to U.S. freight and logistics prospects

Primarily target freight forwarders and logistics companies

Reach import/export operations, transportation, logistics and other decision-makers

Introduce Rise Logistics and establish relationships

Ask intelligent questions about their current trucking needs

Identify upcoming shipments, lanes, RFQs, and pain points

Ask to be added as an approved trucking/vendor option when appropriate

Follow up by phone and email

Update every call, note, follow-up and opportunity in Zoho CRM

Work leads through our established CRM sales process

Hand off quote opportunities to management/operations when appropriate

Continue following prospects until we establish a working relationship

Job Requirements

Strong spoken English

Proven B2B cold-calling experience

Confidence speaking with U.S. businesses

Ability to get past gatekeepers

Natural conversational ability — we do NOT want robotic script reading

Strong follow-up habits

Good CRM discipline

Ability to build relationships rather than just chase appointments

Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus

We are not looking for someone who simply makes hundreds of calls and checks a box.

Calls → Conversations → Decision Makers → RFQs/Quotes → New Customers → Repeat Business
