Full Job Description

We need agents to make outbound calls and send emails to potential business customers who submit forms on our website. Your role will be to follow up with these leads, provide information, and help them move forward with their purchases. We offer a competitive base salary with additional incentives.

Requirements:

• Near-perfect English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence

• Experience in B2B sales or customer outreach is a plus

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales, customer service, or outbound calling is a plus.

• Strong phone presence with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of outreach.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote positions).
