Banking Profitability Engineer

Full Job Description

Work with banks to help them determine where value is created or destroyed by product, customer, delivery, channel, or other dimensions. The position will work with banks to understand how they perform numerous tasks and then determine the revenue and cost of those tasks. This includes interviewing personnel to understand their process and then using a sophisticated software program to calculate the profitability of different dimensions.

Job Responsibilities

Interview clients

Use sophisticated data analytics to take large data files and enhance the data

Use AI tools to analyze data

Learn to interpret the results and present to clients.

Eventually, manage the entire process

Job Requirements

Financial Analytics Experience or education (not accounting).  MBA with a Finance emphasis is ideal

Portfolio, derivative, or investment analysis knowledge

Understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

Data skills

Excellent English communications skill
