SimpliVinyl is a fast-growing flooring company offering high-quality vinyl flooring to homeowners, contractors, and developers across the U.S. We’re looking for experienced, driven sales reps who know how to close deals.
You’ll manage an active pipeline of 100–150 leads per month, with 5–10 new warm leads coming in daily—plus the opportunity to make additional cold calls to boost your income. Connect with professionals in the construction and building industry and turn conversations into sales. We provide training, tools, and ongoing support—you bring the hustle, communication skills, and CRM know-how to make it happen. The more you sell, the more you earn.
💰 Compensation Plan
Base Pay: $750/month
Commission: Up to $3,000
Manage and work a pipeline of 100–150 leads each month
Call, text, and follow up with 5–10 new warm leads per day
Conduct additional cold calls to increase sales volume
Educate customers on SimpliVinyl products, pricing, and promotions
Close sales and consistently hit or exceed monthly goals
Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, quotes, follow-ups)
Deliver excellent customer service and represent our brand professionally
3+ year of proven sales experience (flooring or construction materials a plus)
Confident communicator comfortable calling and texting prospects
Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Highly organized and proactive in managing large lead volumes
Goal-oriented, coachable, and driven to maximize earnings
Strong understanding of sales process and relationship management
