Position Overview

Our company provides virtual receptionist services, and we are seeking a personable, driven, and engaging appointment setter to follow up with pre-qualified prospects. These individuals have already expressed interest in our services, so this is not cold calling. Your role will be to establish rapport, provide clear information about our services, and set appointments for further consultation.

This position requires a confident individual who excels on the phone, can build relationships quickly, and is skilled in delivering information in a natural, conversational manner—not a scripted, robotic approach.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our CRM to manage and track follow-up calls.
• Reach out to prospective clients who have shown interest in our services.
• Engage prospects with a personable, friendly demeanor while clearly explaining our offerings.
• Set appointments efficiently and accurately.

Job Requirements

Technology Requirements:

• Internet: Minimum speed of 40 Mbps.
• Computer: Intel i3 processor or equivalent, 8GB RAM.
• Backup: Reliable backup internet and power sources are required.

Working Requirements:

• Strong, clear communication skills with an easily understandable accent.
• Ability to work 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
• Flexibility with time zones (EST, CST, or PST based on business needs).
