We are a fast-growing used car dealership based in Arizona, USA looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) internet sales representative / appointment setter to help manage incoming leads from Facebook Marketplace, CRM leads, phone calls, and text messages.This is NOT a cold calling role. Customers are already contacting us about vehicles they are interested in purchasing.Your main role is to:Respond quickly to incoming leadsFollow up with customers through text, phone, and Facebook messagesQualify serious buyersSchedule appointmentsUpdate CRM notes and customer informationHelp identify “hot” buyers that are ready to speak directly with managementYou are NOT expected to fully close vehicle sales or negotiate financing. Your job is to organize leads, follow up consistently, and help move customers toward purchasing.We are looking for someone energetic, organized, reliable, and comfortable speaking with customers over phone and text.Automotive, appointment setting, sales, or CRM experience is a big plus.
Respond to Facebook Marketplace leads quicklyFollow up with leads by phone, text, and emailUpdate customer notes inside CRMQualify buyers and identify serious customersSchedule appointments for dealership visitsRe-engage old leads and unsold customersSend vehicle photos/videos when neededCommunicate clearly with management about hot leadsMaintain professional communication with customers
Fluent English and Spanish requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable speaking with American customers by phoneReliable internet and quiet working environmentOrganized and detail-orientedComfortable using CRM systems and Facebook MarketplaceSales, appointment setting, customer service, or automotive experience preferredPositive attitude and strong follow-up skillsAvailable to work US business hours
