Immigration Lawyers USA is an established immigration law firm based in Miami, Florida. We are seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish-English) Client Services Intake Specialist to support our intake, client communications, and lead follow-up team. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term stability who has strong customer service instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm, professional, organized, responsive, and reliable in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, intake, sales, call handling, or client communication roles is preferred.

You will work closely with attorneys and support staff while serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking immigration assistance. Responsibilities include communicating with prospective and existing clients across multiple platforms, conducting video-based intake and prequalification meetings, assisting with client follow-up, maintaining accurate records and notes, and helping guide potential clients through the process of hiring the firm. Training and support will be provided.

This is a long-term, full-time remote role for candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. Compensation ranges from USD $700–$1,000 per month depending on experience and fit. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and long-term commitment may have opportunities for expanded responsibilities and compensation growth over time.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, video calls, and social media
• Conduct intake and pre-screening conversations with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries across multiple communication platforms
• Accurately enter, update, and manage client information within the firm’s CRM and internal systems
• Maintain organized records, detailed notes, and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks
• Assist with payment tracking, documentation, and client communication regarding invoices or agreements
• Support administrative and communication-related tasks for attorneys and support staff
• Maintain a professional and confident on-camera presence during video meetings
• Adapt quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Clearly explain service options, next steps, and general process information to prospective clients
• Help guide potential clients through the process of hiring the firm and moving forward with their case

Job Requirements

• Fully fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST
• Based in Latin America
• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for client phone and video calls
• Reliable high-speed internet and a realistic backup plan for power or connectivity interruptions
• Personal computer, webcam, and headset suitable for daily professional use
• Strong responsiveness and consistent communication during business hours
• Ability to work exclusively for Immigration Lawyers USA during scheduled work hours
