Full Job Description

As a Bilingual Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, presenting our services/products, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in English and Spanish.
• Introduce our company and explain our services/products.
• Build rapport and understand client needs.
• Handle objections and provide appropriate information to address concerns.
• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
• Accurately log call details and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
