We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and sharp Operations & Billing Coordinator to join our team.
This is a long-term, 100% remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the "air traffic control" for a busy service business.
The Role: Your primary focus is ensuring our cleaning teams and our customers are perfectly synced. You will be the bridge that makes sure the job gets done and the business gets paid.

Dispatch & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between Spanish-speaking cleaning crews and English-speaking clients.
Real-Time Logistics: Monitor crew arrivals and proactively update customers with professional ETAs if delays occur.
Access Management: Troubleshoot entry issues by providing gate codes, lockbox locations, or contacting site managers.
Billing & Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to customers immediately upon job completion.
Accounts Receivable: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure all digital records are accurate.
Schedule Management: Update the company calendar in real-time to reflect cancellations or job extensions.
