Our U.S.-based law firm is growing rapidly and continues to expand its Secretary of State (SOS) Services Department, which was launched last year and is growing quickly. We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Case Manager to join this established and expanding team and support clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Available Shifts (CST Time Zone)
This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours per week).
We are hiring for one of the following full-time shifts (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week):
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
(Each shift includes a 1-hour lunch break.)
🕒 Please note: While we offer multiple shift options, final shift assignment will be based on the firm’s coverage needs and may not be flexible. Shift details will be confirmed during the hiring process.
As a Secretary of State Case Manager, you will:
-Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email to provide updates, answer questions, and guide them through SOS-related processes.
-Manage and track Secretary of State filings, deadlines, and documentation.
-Prepare, review, and organize forms and supporting documents for submission.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
-Adapt quickly to new procedures, systems, and workflows as the department grows.
-Maintain accurate, detailed, and organized records for all cases.
-Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process-improvement initiatives.
Full training is provided.
-Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
-Previous experience working remotely in a virtual role
-Experience in customer service, administrative, or case management roles
-Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
-Ability to adapt, pivot, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
-Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
-Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow with a new department
-Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
**Experience with Secretary of State filings, legal documents, or compliance-related work is a plus but not required.
