Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Executive Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. This full-time role requires excellent bilingual skills in English and Spanish, including strong communication and comprehension abilities.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointments: scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and calendar upkeep.
  • CRM management (Housecall Pro).
  • Email management.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Process work orders and purchase orders.
  • Permit filing.
  • Data entry: Track jobs and commissions using Excel and Sheets


Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and comprehension in English and Spanish.
  • Appointment setting and calendar management.
  • Customer service skills emphasizing professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably with experience in Housecall Pro.
  • Excel or Sheets proficiency for data tracking and management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills.
