Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Understand and comprehend complex information in both English and Spanish.
• Make outbound telephone calls to assist clients and manage inquiries.
• Support insurance policy renewal requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns in both languages.
• Manage and draft emails in English and Spanish, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Document tasks and maintain organized records of interactions and requests.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience with appointment setting and calendar management.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on professionalism and responsiveness.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
