Bilingual Real Estate Lead Manager & Loan Pre-Qualification Assistant (Remote)Position Type:Full-Time | RemoteCompensation: $5+/hour + Performance Bonuses

Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to new buyer leads within 1–5 minutes
• Make 100+ outbound/inbound call attempts daily
• Conduct 5-minute buyer financial pre-qualification
• Determine financing type (Traditional vs. Owner Finance)
• Send mortgage application links to qualified buyers
• Follow up daily on incomplete applications
• Confirm required documents are submitted
• Schedule buyer consultations with agents
• Confirm and remind buyers of upcoming appointments
• Update and manage pipeline stages in CRM (Follow Up Boss)
• Tag and segment leads accurately
• Maintain consistent follow-up on nurture leads
• Track daily metrics (calls, apps sent, apps completed, appointments set)
• Report weekly performance numbers

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong phone communication skills
• Comfortable discussing credit, income, and financial information
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, or lead qualification preferred
• Confident handling 100+ calls per day
• Familiar with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred)
• Organized and detail-orientedStrong follow-up and persistence skills
• Ability to manage pipeline stages accurately
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet, professional remote workspace
• Available to work U.S. Central Time hours
• Performance-driven and results-oriented mindset
