Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing real estate team.

This role is focused on converting inbound and outbound leads into sales. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly persuasive, coachable, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

We provide training on real estate and our internal systems. We are looking for someone with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and execute.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Conversion to Closing

    • Responding to inbound leads immediately (speed to lead), providing exceptional customer service
    • Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts and emails
    • Build rapport quickly and identify motivation
    • Overcome objections confidently
    • Qualify prospects based on timeline and financial readiness
    • Effectively communicating property details, negotiating, and converting leads to sales.
    • Nurture relationships with ongoing leads, past clients, and long-term customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and scheduling using Google Suite, CRM and other designated tools.
    • Collaborate effectively and professionally with managers and vendors.

Sales Performance

    • Maintain 100+ call attempts per day
    • Drive meaningful conversations daily
    • Consistently meet or exceed appointment goals
    • Follow structured sales scripts while adapting naturally

CRM & Pipeline Management

    • Accurately update CRM 
    • Move leads through correct pipeline stages
    • Maintain detailed notes after each interaction

Working Hours & Expectations:

    • This is a full-time remote position requiring approximately 40 hours per week
    • Exceptional (Native or C1/C2 level) verbal and written English fluency is mandatory
    • Experience -1-3 years preferred in Customer Service, Sales, Operations Support, or similar roles. Proven success in CS and/or Sales is a significant advantage
    • Personalize proposals and send contracts/legal documentation
    • The schedule includes afternoon/evening and weekend hours (specific hours to be coordinated, likely aligning with Pacific Time business hours)
    • High responsiveness during working hours is critical
    • Must maintain a professional remote work environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for VoIP calls

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
    • Coachable and able to implement feedback quickly
    • Reliable internet, quiet space and professional remote setup
