Mighty Machine Rentals is a U.S.-based construction equipment rental company, and we're

growing fast. We need a bilingual (English/Spanish) assistant who does more

than answer the phone — someone who turns every call into a booked job and

every customer into a repeat customer.We're a new

startup, and that means every single person on our team matters right now.

Nothing you do here goes unnoticed. As the business grows, there is real room

for you to grow and move up with it.This is not a

sit-and-wait role. We want someone who spots opportunities, follows up without

being told, and treats our customers like it's their own business on the line.

Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls professionally and turn rental

inquiries into booked jobsFollow up on every lead until it becomes a sale or a

clear no — no lead goes coldSchedule equipment deliveries and keep the shared

calendar accurateSend follow-up texts and review requests after every

completed jobManage our CRM and phone system daily — keep every

contact and note currentPost updates to our Google Business Profile and flag

suspicious competitor listingsSpot chances to sell more, follow up better, or fix a

gap in our process — and bring them to us instead of waiting to be asked

Job Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with a clear

speaking voiceMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer

service, or a phone-based roleComfortable calling and selling to U.S. customersExperience with CRM software and phone/call systemsA track record of taking initiative — you don't need

daily direction to stay productiveStable internet and a quiet work environment
