Auto Legal Help is hiring a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Specialist with experience or strong interest in injury claim support.
This role focuses on speaking with auto accident victims, gathering claim details, following up with leads, helping clients understand the next steps, and supporting the injury claim intake process. The specialist will work closely with the Auto Legal Help team to organize client information, collect documents, update the CRM, and make sure every client receives clear and professional communication.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident on the phone, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with clients who may be dealing with stress after an accident. Experience with personal injury claims, auto accident claims, legal intake, insurance claims, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
Main responsibilities include answering calls and messages, qualifying leads, completing intake forms, collecting documents, following up with clients, updating claim notes, coordinating with the internal team, and helping move qualified clients forward in the injury claim process.
