Auto Legal Help is hiring a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Specialist with experience or strong interest in injury claim support.

This role focuses on speaking with auto accident victims, gathering claim details, following up with leads, helping clients understand the next steps, and supporting the injury claim intake process. The specialist will work closely with the Auto Legal Help team to organize client information, collect documents, update the CRM, and make sure every client receives clear and professional communication.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident on the phone, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with clients who may be dealing with stress after an accident. Experience with personal injury claims, auto accident claims, legal intake, insurance claims, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.

Main responsibilities include answering calls and messages, qualifying leads, completing intake forms, collecting documents, following up with clients, updating claim notes, coordinating with the internal team, and helping move qualified clients forward in the injury claim process.


Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, messages, and inquiries from potential injury claim clients.
  • Contact and follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
  • Speak with auto accident victims and gather basic claim and accident information.
  • Complete client intake forms accurately and professionally.
  • Qualify potential clients based on injury claim details and service needs.
  • Explain the next steps of the injury claim process in a clear and respectful way.
  • Collect required documents, photos, insurance information, police reports, and medical-related details when needed.
  • Update CRM records, notes, tasks, and client status after every contact.
  • Schedule calls, consultations, and follow-ups for qualified clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal Auto Legal Help team to move claims forward.
  • Maintain organized records and make sure no client follow-up is missed.
  • Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
  • Help convert qualified leads into active clients.
  • Keep communication timely, clear, and respectful with clients and team members.


Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, legal intake, or claims support.
  • Experience with auto accident injury claims, personal injury intake, or insurance claims preferred.
  • Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads.
  • Comfortable collecting client information, documents, photos, and insurance details.
  • Basic computer skills required, including email, online forms, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Zoho or legal case management experience is a plus.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
