Harbor is a Miami-based marine crew marketplace connecting yacht crew, day workers, and marine professionals (deckhands, mates, captains, engineers, stewards, bottom cleaners, DJs, and more) with employers across the United States. We are replacing the chaos of Facebook groups, WhatsApp chains, and word-of-mouth referrals with a vetted, modern hiring platform built specifically for the marine industry.
We are hiring a Bilingual Sales & Outreach Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth for Harbor. You will spend your day inside Daywork123, Facebook groups, and WhatsApp groups identifying active marine workers and job posters, then reaching out to introduce them to Harbor and route them to our onboarding team. This is a high-volume outbound role for someone who loves the hunt, thrives in DMs, and wants to be paid more when they produce more.
Compensation: $800/month base + up to $150/month performance bonus ($950/month total potential).
Monitor and scrape Facebook groups, and WhatsApp groups daily to identify active marine workers and new job postings.
Send 100+ outbound messages per day to workers and employers introducing Harbor and inviting them to join the platform.
Qualify incoming leads and hand them off to the onboarding lead for sign-up completion.
Track all outreach activity, response rates, and conversions accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Manage and rotate across multiple Facebook personas to maintain account health and message deliverability.
Follow up consistently with prospects who have not responded or completed onboarding.
Collaborate with the Harbor sales team to refine outreach scripts, messaging, and target lists.
Hit weekly and monthly signup quotas tied directly to performance bonuses.
Provide weekly reports on outreach volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and brand-aligned tone in all communications.
Stay up to date on Harbor's product, features, and value proposition to accurately represent the company.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (bilingual is required).
1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, outbound outreach, telemarketing, or virtual assistant work.
Proven track record of high-volume messaging or cold outreach (DMs, emails, or calls).
Strong written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone.
Self-starter who can work independently for 8 hours per day with minimal supervision.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
Personal computer (laptop or desktop) with webcam and headset.
Familiarity with Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, and basic social media outreach.
Experience with CRM tools required (GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus).
Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, aligned with US Eastern Time business hours.
Ability to manage multiple Facebook accounts and personas without compromising account health.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
Bonus: prior experience in the marine, yachting, hospitality, or staffing industries.
