The Sales Manager will engage prospective clients through various channels, presenting tailored solutions that align with their customer engagement needs.
A critical component of this role is becoming an expert in our technology solutions, understanding the full capabilities to effectively address client requirements and demonstrate the value. The Sales Manager will build strong client relationships, create compelling proposals, and oversee contract negotiations. As the key figure in shaping our sales strategy and tactics, this individual will ensure a structured sales process that drives growth and enhances our position as a leader in the BPO industry.
This position requires a candidate with a blend of technical knowledge, strategic sales acumen, and cross-cultural communication skills to seamlessly interact with clients both in and outside the country. Fluency in English and Spanish, as well as experience in the BPO industry, are essential to success in this role.
