Job Title: Bilingual Virtual Assistant (VA) Intake Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for full-time for the right candidate)

Starting Salary: $6/hour

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our team with general administrative tasks, intake management, and customer service. You will be responsible for managing the calendar, handling inbox correspondence, and answering phone calls. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential to be successful in this role.

As our VA Intake Specialist, you will be interacting with potential clients, handling inquiries, and managing intake processes. You must be comfortable answering the phone, making calls, and cold calling as part of lead management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and inboxes, scheduling appointments and organizing emails.
  • Answer phone calls and handle client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage client intake and ensure leads are processed effectively.
  • Handle cold calling as needed, and assist with lead generation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure strict deadlines are met in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (strong communication skills in both languages).
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Comfortable answering phones and handling customer inquiries.
  • Experience with cold calling, lead management, and client intake is a plus.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • A commitment to hard work, honesty, and dedication.
