Full Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Virtual Assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish and experienced in digital marketing, admin support, and customer service. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and use modern AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Social Media & Online Listings

  • Manage and post on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and Google Business
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)
  • Respond to customer messages and leads in real time

Marketing & AI Tools

  • Run and monitor Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Create ad copy, keywords, and marketing assets
  • Use AI tools for prompting, generating content, automation, and research
  • Assist with SEO tasks and keyword optimization
  • Manage blog content, formatting, and posting

Accounting & Admin

  • Perform QuickBooks tasks: reconciliation, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Maintain spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting
  • Organize documents, files, and weekly admin tasks

Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries in English and Spanish
  • Manage WhatsApp, phone calls, email responses, and follow-ups
  • Provide a professional and friendly experience for all clients

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: English + Spanish (Required)
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketplace listings
  • QuickBooks knowledge (reconciliation + invoicing)
  • Familiar with SEO, blogs, and basic digital marketing
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and fast response time
  • Reliable internet and ability to work US hours (EST preferred)

Preferred Skills (not required, but a plus):

  • Google Ads or Microsoft Ads certification
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Blogging, copywriting, or content creation
  • Basic graphic design (Canva)


Job Responsibilities

The employee/contractor agrees to perform all assigned duties with professionalism, integrity, and reliability, completing tasks accurately and on time while following company policies and procedures. They must maintain confidentiality of all company and client information, communicate promptly regarding any issues or delays, use company tools responsibly, and represent the company in a respectful and professional manner. A positive, cooperative attitude and consistent reporting of progress and results are required. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in corrective action or termination of the work relationship.
