We are a U.S.-based construction equipment rental company looking for a reliable bilingual (English/Spanish) virtual assistant to help manage calls, customer follow-ups, scheduling, and online presence.This role is for someone who is professional on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable speaking with contractors and small businesses. Construction, rental or service business experience and CRM or sales follow-up experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls professionally, qualifying rental inquiries and collecting customer details, scheduling equipment deliveries on a shared calendar, sending follow-up texts and review requests after jobs are completed, posting updates to Google Business Profile and flagging suspicious competitor listings, posting (not creating) to social media, managing emails and website inquiries, maintaining simple tracking spreadsheets.
Requirements include being fluent in both English and Spanish, clear speaking voice, stable internet and quiet work environment, comfortable calling U.S. customers, experience with Google Docs, Calendar, and messaging apps.
