Our company is Hire Train VA. We work with real estate investment companies in the US, who are looking to hire virtual assistants (VA). Our company finds, hires, and fully trains VAs before being onboarded. We're currently searching for a Lead Intake (Inside Sales) Associate for a company in Miami.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist homeowners
• Follow up with leads in the database
• Qualify the lead to understand the motivation to sell a property
• Set appointments for the sales reps.

You will use the telephone as the primary means of communication. 

Our process is very simple: we find and train the right person --> we train the VA --> you are ready to be integrated into the company ( we will give you 30-day support after the handoff process to ensure a smooth transition)

• Our trainer is Val, who is also the owner of Hire Train VA. She has been active in this role for 3 years and has had great results. She has coached many companies on how to improve their lead management and has also trained many staff members. There are more than 100 companies in her network looking for great virtual assistants. If you are the right person, she will find the company where you feel most comfortable.
