🔑 Job Responsibilities – Virtual Lead Manager (Bilingual)Make outbound and inbound calls/texts in English & Spanish to engage seller and buyer leads.Qualify leads using scripts, motivation, and property criteria.Schedule and transfer appointments directly to closers.Maintain accurate notes, tags, and follow-up tasks inside Follow Up Boss CRM.Nurture leads with consistent follow-ups until they are ready to move forward.Track daily/weekly KPIs (calls made, contacts, appointments set, follow-ups).Communicate with the team through Slack/Zoom and give daily updates.Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends when hot leads come in.
✅ Job Requirements – Virtual Lead Manager (Bilingual)Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written).Clear, professional phone voice with excellent communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Must be comfortable using CRM systems (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus).Reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet workspace for calls.Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.Willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends if needed.Prior experience in real estate, sales, or call center roles preferred but not required.Open to training, feedback, and consistently improving performance.
