We are looking for a Rockstart Bookkeeper for REAL ESTATE, with experience using QuickBooks, **and an English level of C1
Someone with hands-on experience with financial transactions and that maintains accurate ledgers. In this role, you'll have exposure to accounting processes, client servicing, etc. It's very important that you are organized, able to multitask, and manage time.
You'll learn on the job regarding the best practices in accounting, and will have exposure to the field of accounting and its various responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Records daily financial transactions and maintains accurate ledgers
* Monitors office expenses and pays vendor invoices
* Aids in the handling of tax forms
* Processes and maintains payroll records
* Verifies accuracy of transactions and makes sure they’re correctly entered in ledgers
* Develops daily and monthly financial and statistical reports for management
Requirements:
* Experience as a bookkeeper is a must
* Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field from an accredited institution.
* Essential data entry experience for starters
* Skilled in using MS Office and popular accounting software.
* Eye for detail
* Integrity and confidentiality; a position that requires one to maintain an entire organization’s financial records requires one’s moral character to be of the highest fiber.
* In-depth knowledge of necessary bookkeeping procedures, quick books, best practices, and terminology.
