Job Responsibilities

• Keep the books and deliver clean monthly financials in Finaloop, accurate, reconciled, and on time.
• Watch and forecast inventory and cash flow, monitoring stock levels and reorder timing against sell-through, and flag risks early with a clear recommendation and the dollar impact.
• Build a weekly numbers pack covering the few metrics that matter, teed up for the founder's review with your read on what's moving and why.
• Flag variances by calling out anything unusual in the P&L before it becomes a problem.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years in bookkeeping or FP&A for US e-commerce or DTC businesses (apparel preferred), with solid knowledge of US accounting conventions.
• Genuinely numbers-confident and able to explain your work in plain English, because clarity beats jargon and you never hand over output you can't defend.
• Proactive and prescriptive, so you chase the number instead of waiting to be asked.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfortable working across Shopify, a 3PL portal, and a finance tool (Finaloop preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience using AI in your workflow, with zero AI-slop in your output.
