We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Virtual Assistant to support our Business Development team. This role is a mix of administrative support, data management, and marketing coordination. You will be the "behind-the-scenes" engine that keeps our projects, tracking, and partner relationships organized.
Status: Part-time (20–25 hours/week) with potential to grow into Full-Time.
Compensation: $600 – $900 USD per month (depending on experience).
Location: Remote.
Data & CRM Management: Import and tag rosters in HubSpot, update scorecards, and maintain accurate spreadsheets.
Tracking & Finance: Organize expenses and manage partner commission tracking.
Marketing Support: Assist with Mailchimp campaigns, track marketing kits, and manage open house sponsorships.
Outreach Coordination: Assist with realtor follow-up campaigns and light graphics work using Canva.
Systems: Learn and adapt to various platforms to ensure business continuity.
Detail-Oriented: You must be meticulous with data and tracking—nothing slips through the cracks.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly.
Experience: Familiarity with Google Sheets, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Canva is a major plus.
Dependability: Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a flexible environment.
