The role also includes generating qualified leads using platforms like Apollo.io and building targeted email lists to support outreach and lead nurturing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in proposal writing, editing, and project management, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in tools like Apollo.io, ActiveCampaign, and other lead generation platforms is required, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A background in facilities management, janitorial services, or similar industries, as well as experience responding to government RFPs and private sector proposals, is preferred.
