We are actively hiring a Business Development Captain for Auto Legal Help.

This is not a typical job. We are looking for a highly connected and results-driven individual who can bring in real opportunities, relationships, and growth.

Your main responsibility is to generate bodily injury claims and build strong referral partnerships with dealerships, chiropractors, and insurance-related contacts.

You will be responsible for:

  • Bringing in new bodily injury claim opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with dealerships and chiropractors
  • Communicating with insurance-related contacts when needed
  • Expanding our network and referral pipeline
  • Supporting and growing our social media presence

This role is performance-driven. The right candidate already has connections or knows how to build them quickly.

We are not looking for someone to “learn” — we are looking for someone who can execute.

Compensation includes a base monthly pay plus strong commission opportunities based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and bring in bodily injury claim opportunities consistently
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, chiropractors, and referral partners
  • Identify and develop new business partnerships and lead sources
  • Communicate and coordinate with insurance-related contacts when needed
  • Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into active cases
  • Expand and manage a referral network pipeline
  • Support and execute social media marketing efforts to generate leads
  • Track performance, leads, and opportunities generated
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth intake and case handling
  • Continuously look for ways to increase volume and quality of claims


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in generating bodily injury (BI) claims or similar lead generation
  • Existing relationships with dealerships, chiropractors, or insurance-related contacts (strongly preferred)
  • Strong business development and networking skills
  • Ability to build, manage, and grow referral partnerships
  • Experience in sales, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of insurance claims process is a strong plus
  • Experience with social media marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, and in-person)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results without constant supervision
  • Organized and able to track leads, partnerships, and conversions
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
