Business Development Representative

Full Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for creating opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to expand Mr. Pipeline’s client base. You’ll leverage your sales expertise and knowledge of digital marketing services to connect businesses with solutions that meet their needs.

Location: Globally Distributed (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST)

Compensation: $8-$10 base salary per hour (based on experience) + commission

On-Target Earnings: Up to $40,000+ USD within the first year (salary + commission on deals closed)

Job Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identify potential clients through social media platforms (e.g., Facebook groups, webinars), search engines, and referrals.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects to determine if they align with Mr. Pipeline’s business objectives and guide them further along the sales process.
• Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute engagement strategies to keep leads interested throughout their decision-making journey.
• Booking Meetings & Closing: Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients, offering tailored marketing solutions to meet their business needs.
• Researching: Stay informed about potential clients and industry trends to provide recommendations on marketing services and budget allocations.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven sales and prospecting experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional ability to build long-lasting relationships through effective communication.
• Familiarity with services such as web design, PPC, and SEO is strongly preferred.
• Experience with software like Asana, Go High Level, and QuickBooks is a plus.
• A self-starter with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a remote work environment.
