Advanced Hospital Staffing (AHS) is a nationwide healthcare staffing company that partners with hospitals and surgery centers to deliver reliable, cost-effective clinician staffing. We staff a wide range of roles — including Operating Room Nurses, Pre-/Post-Op and PACU RNs, Surgical Techs, Sterile Processing Techs, X-Ray Techs, and more — all at the lowest staffing rates nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our growth. This is a full-time, remote position where you’ll be identifying new opportunities, connecting with facility leaders, and negotiating staffing agreements that keep facilities fully staffed and patients cared for.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct 200+ outreach calls weekly (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Identify facilities with staffing needs or those interested in replacing their current agency.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and present AHS services.
• Negotiate and secure staffing agreements with new facilities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth client onboarding.

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Healthcare sales, Sales & Negotiation, Marketing, business development, or healthcare staffing required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with executives/administrators.
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Motivated, resilient, and results-driven; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable and eager to grow.
• Experience in RingCentral, Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn preferred
