Our U.S. law firm is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Virtual Assistant to join our team as a full-time Case Manager.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and love learning new things. You thrive in a remote work environment and enjoy helping people. Speaking with clients in both English and Spanish comes naturally to you, and you're comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Our team already includes 10 full-time remote professionals, and we’re looking for another rockstar team member to join us!
This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours per week).
As a Case Manager, you will:
✅ Speak with clients via phone, text, and email, providing updates and support.
✅ Assist attorneys with legal and administrative tasks.
✅ Review and manage case files to ensure smooth case progression.
✅ Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training.
✅ Maintain detailed and organized records.
Full training is provided!
✔️ Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken & written)
✔️ Previous experience working remotely in a virtual role
✔️ Experience in customer service or support-related positions
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Excellent writing and analytical skills
✔️ Experience drafting legal documents (preferred but not required)
✔️ Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
✔️ Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
✔️ A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
✔️ Reliable, high-speed internet connection & a quiet workspace
