R.I.Z.Z. LAW is a growing personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for accident victims and helping them recover physically, emotionally, and financially.

We're looking for a motivated bilingual Case Manager (native/near-native in English and Spanish) based in Argentina to join our remote team. In this client-first role, you'll be the main point of contact for injury victims and their families—providing empathy, clear communication, and proactive support during tough times.

You don't need prior personal injury or case management experience—we value hunger to learn, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism. If you're organized, proactive, great at multitasking, and excited to make a real difference in people's lives, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a supportive, client-focused team.  Full training on our systems and processes provided.


Job Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a caseload of personal injury clients from initial intake through resolution, including accident follow-ups, medical coordination, and documentation (we'll train you step by step).

  • Provide outstanding bilingual customer service (English and Spanish) via phone, email, chat, text, and video calls.

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties.

  • Gather and organize case details, update clients on progress with compassion, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate, detailed records in our case management/CRM system (notes, communications, deadlines, and outcomes—with training included).

  • Escalate legal or urgent matters to attorneys while keeping clients informed and supported.

  • Achieve key performance goals related to response times, client satisfaction, case progression, and resolution efficiency.


Job Requirements

  • Must be located in Argentina (for best time-zone alignment with U.S. clients).

  • Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English (excellent verbal and written skills in both—required).

  • Solid customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (call center, support, admin, etc.—personal injury experience is a plus but not required).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to juggle multiple cases.

  • Excellent problem-solving, de-escalation, and communication skills (especially under pressure).

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup.

  • Flexible availability to cover core U.S. business hours (with some schedule flexibility available).

  • Prior remote work experience preferred, but the key is the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
