Spinwheel is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to shape and lead our marketing, branding, and growth strategy across all platforms — including our flagship and partner podcasts. The CMO will play a pivotal role in driving brand authority, audience growth, and revenue opportunities while serving as a strategic partner to leadership.
Brand & Growth Leadership: Define and execute a cohesive brand strategy to expand visibility, strengthen positioning, and ensure consistency across all channels.
Content & Social Strategy: Oversee content creation, social media, and audience engagement strategies to drive measurable growth and community impact.
Podcast & Media Oversight: Lead podcast production, distribution, and creative packaging to elevate listener experience and expand reach.
Revenue & Partnerships: Partner with leadership to develop monetization strategies, secure sponsorships, and build strategic brand alliances.
Team Leadership: Mentor and build a high-performing marketing team aligned with Spinwheel’s mission and growth goals.
3+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in media, entertainment, or digital platforms.
Proven track record in brand building, growth marketing, and audience development.
Strong expertise in social media, content marketing, and digital storytelling.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and partnership-building skills.
Bonus: Experience in sponsorship acquisition, sales strategy, or revenue growth.
