We're a small US pet supplement company, with 20+ years of making herbal supplements for dogs. Our customers are devoted American dog parents, mostly women 40–65, who reach out by email, text, and phone about their dogs and their orders.
This is not a call center. It's white-glove client care: you'll have time to actually listen, remember a customer's dog's name from her last call, and treat every email and phone call like it matters. We'll train you thoroughly on our products, our customers, and our process before you ever speak with a customer.
Who you are: a genuine dog lover whose spoken English is so clear and neutral that US customers have been surprised to learn you weren't based in the US. Warm, calm, and patient on the phone — someone who could comfort a worried grandma. Kind during hard conversations: sometimes a customer will tell you her dog was just diagnosed with something serious, or has just passed away. We don't expect you to have medical answers — just to be kind, to listen, and to let her know you understand.
Hours are 9:00 am–5:00 pm US Eastern, Monday–Friday — normal daytime hours across South America, no overnight shift. This is a long-term role: if you're great, we want you with us for years, not months. We're hiring carefully because we want to grow with the right person.

Help customers place orders, track shipments, and resolve order issues
Set up appointments with our head herbalist for customers who want a deeper conversation about their dog
Answer incoming phone calls — whenever the phone rings, that's your first priority
Keep customer notes updated so every dog parent feels remembered
2+ years of customer service experience, ideally with US customers — phone experience matters most
Clear spoken and written English with a neutral accent; customers must understand you the first time, every time
A genuine dog lover — you'll be talking about dogs all day, every day
Available 9:00am–5:00pm US Eastern, Monday–Friday, long-term
Reliable internet: 25+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload, ping under 50ms, on wired Ethernet (not WiFi alone)
Quiet home office — no traffic, kids, or background noise on calls; backup power or a hotspot is a strong plus
Quality USB headset with a noise-cancelling microphone
Modern computer (Windows or Mac, less than 5 years old)
