Client Relations Attorney (International)

Full Job Description

Profile: We’re looking for an experienced attorney licensed outside of the U.S. to join our growing Pre-Litigation team! The ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable, and a strong communicator who can simplify complex legal concepts and build trust with clients.This role focuses on guiding clients through their legal journey with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.

Reports to: Pre-Litigation Manager / U.S.-Based Attorneys

Compensation & Incentives: Competitive base pay.• Eligible for performance-based incentives in addition to base compensation.

Job Responsibilities

• Speak with clients via phone, video, and email with empathy and professionalism.

• Clearly explain legal advice and processes in terms clients understand.

• Collaborate with U.S.-based attorneys and staff to ensure consistent messaging.

• Provide input in legal strategy discussions when needed.

• Keep detailed and accurate records of all client communications.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.

Job Requirements

• Law degree + active license to practice law in a country outside of the U.S.

• 3+ years practicing law with direct client interaction.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to simplify complex legal issues with clarity and empathy.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Background in personal injury or civil litigation (preferred but not required).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
