Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Specialist to join Liberty Law Team, a criminal, post trial, civil law firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client communications, overseeing the firm’s email system, coordinating payment processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the firm’s overall operations.

Available Shifts: Monday - Friday 9am EST - 5pm EST

Job Responsibilities

Client Communication:

  • Promptly respond to client inquiries via text, phone, and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Direct more complex legal questions to attorneys, coordinating responses to ensure timely and accurate information.

Email Management:

  • Manage the firm’s email inbox by organizing, responding to, and prioritizing incoming messages.
  • Ensure all important emails are forwarded to the appropriate team members for further action.

Payment Management:

  • Track client payments and ensure that payment schedules are met.
  • Communicate with clients about payment status, resolve any billing questions, and collaborate with the accounting team as needed.

Client Onboarding:

  • Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings with new clients, ensuring they understand the legal process and what to expect from the firm.
  • Gather necessary documentation and information from clients for their cases.

Coordination with Attorneys:

  • Work closely with attorneys to address any client-related questions that require legal expertise.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings with attorneys as needed.

Client Satisfaction:

  • Monitor client satisfaction throughout the duration of their case.
  • Resolve any concerns or issues that arise, ensuring clients have a positive experience with the firm.


Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client service or a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and billing processes is a plus..
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care.
