We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Service Associate to manage a wide range of administrative and customer support tasks. This role is essential in supporting both our customers and Operations team by answering calls, following up with clients, confirming appointments, and keeping communication organized and professional.
-Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
-Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and operations crews
-Follow up with customers before and after appointments
-Communicate clearly with sales reps regarding schedules and customer needs
-Update customer notes and appointment statuses in the CRM
-Handle basic customer questions and route concerns appropriately
-Maintain a positive, supportive experience for every customer
-Previous customer service, office admin, or call-center experience preferred
-Strong phone etiquette and English communication skills
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Comfortable following up with customers and internal teams
-Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
-Basic computer skills (CRM, email, scheduling tools)
-Pressure washing, cleaning, or home services experience is a plus (not required)
