Rolling Suds of Fairfield-Westchester is a leading power washing company in the New York City area. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Service Associate to manage a wide range of administrative and customer support tasks. This role is essential in supporting both our customers and Operations team by answering calls, following up with clients, confirming appointments, and keeping communication organized and professional.

Primary Roles:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and technician crews
- Follow up with customers before and after appointments
- Communicate clearly with sales reps regarding schedules and customer needs
- Update customer notes and appointment statuses in the CRM
- Handle basic customer questions and route concerns appropriately
- Maintain a positive, supportive experience for every customer
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or office admin experience preferred
Strong phone etiquette and English communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable following up with customers and internal teams
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Basic computer skills (CRM, email, scheduling tools)
Home services, cleaning, or pressure washing industry experience is a plus (but not required)
