Immigration Lawyers USA, a vibrant and growing immigration law firm in Miami, is seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish–English) Client Engagement Sales Specialist based in Latin America. This remote position is ideal for someone who loves speaking with people, thrives under pressure, and feels confident guiding clients through emotional, high-stakes situations.The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of customer service experience, excels at calming and supporting clients, and is comfortable presenting on camera. Sales experience is a strong plus, as this role includes conducting virtual prequalification sessions, presenting our services and payment plans, and following up with leads.This position also includes responding to leads across multiple digital platforms, entering them into our CRM and SendFox marketing sequences, and assisting with marketing tasks such as Canva edits and TikTok Live timestamps. You must have a reliable remote work setup, strong internet, and a professional environment suitable for daily video calls. Salary is commensurate with experience plus quarterly bonuses and sales commission.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will use your 2–5 years of customer service experience to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, handling intake calls with empathy, professionalism, and a calming presence. You will meet with prospects on video to conduct Prequalify Strategy Sessions, present the firm’s services and payment plans, and use supportive sales techniques to help clients decide whether to move forward with their case. A significant part of your work involves responding promptly to leads coming from WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls, and entering all leads accurately into our CRM and SendFox marketing system.You will also assist with payment-related tasks, including keeping track of client payments, issuing receipts, and recording payments in spreadsheets and in QuickBooks with accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, you will support marketing and administrative tasks such as creating simple designs in Canva, timestamping TikTok Lives, organizing client notes, and assisting the legal team with general client communication.Because you will regularly meet with clients on video, maintaining a clean, quiet, and professional on-camera environment is essential. This role requires staying organized and responsive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while adapting quickly to frequent immigration policy changes and evolving client needs.

Job Requirements

This position requires a fully bilingual candidate who speaks and writes both Spanish and English fluently and who is located in Latin America with the ability to work a full-time schedule of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Applicants should have at least two years of customer service experience, with five years preferred, and sales experience is a strong plus given the client-facing and presentation-based nature of the role. Because this position involves daily video meetings with clients, you must have a professional and quiet remote workspace, a clean on-camera background, and strong, reliable internet with a backup plan for outages. A personal computer, webcam, and headset are required.The role demands someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage a fast-paced workflow while responding quickly to leads across WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls. You must be comfortable learning and using CRM systems, SendFox, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks, and be able to follow internal procedures consistently. The position also requires adaptability to shifting immigration policies, strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to working exclusively with our firm without any outside employment.
